News Notes
Stewardship - As we continue to collaborate with our 4 community parishes, there has been
discussion about how finances are working out for each church. Whoever hosts a
joint worship service generally sees an increase in revenue in the offering
plate on that Sunday. Thatbeing said, it is important to remember that each individual’s “home” church
has their budget based on their congregation’s pledge or customary weekly
giving. Each of our churches continue to have their regular expenses,
even if there is not a worship service held there every week. We are
asking that everyone be mindful about making a pledge and making sure to keep
up with it, even when we worship elsewhere.
Somemay not be able to comfortably giving an additional offering at a hosting
church. We only ask that you give what you can, and do it
consistently at your home church. Thank you.Outreach and Community
